This book gave me a real perspective about the life in New Orleans back in the years of past, including the rich history of the southern city. Tareen tells a great story  about overcoming the struggle and making the best out of life within this novel.

A Good Read

Khallilah (Dallas) TX Author of "Kenny an Urban Tale"

TAREEN exemplifies what the city culture represents within his novel. He breaks down how to overcome adversity despite your past or background. I would recommend this to any parent for their youth to read.

TAREEN voice tells the story of  Nola culture.
